Plans and billing
Choose a plan for your organization, pay by card, change or cancel it, and see who may manage billing.
About 5 minutes
A plan belongs to one organization, not to you as a person. If you own two organizations, each has its own plan, card and invoices. Paying for one does not upgrade the other. The Billing page shows the current prices.
Free is for one person, Pro includes three people, and Business has no limit. Everyone in a paid organization gets its plan’s features while working in it. Use the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar to change organizations. The plan does not carry over to another organization you belong to.
Before you start
- You are the organization’s Owner. Admins can view billing but cannot change it.
- A credit or debit card.
Upgrade your organization
Open Billing
Switch to the organization you want to upgrade. Open Billing in the Account section of the sidebar.
Choose a term
Under Upgrade your plan, choose Monthly or Yearly (1). Yearly costs less; the tab shows how much.
Choose a plan
Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Business (2).
Sign in again if asked
Zaysa may ask you to sign in again. Billing changes need a sign-in from the last 30 minutes. You then return to Billing; click the upgrade button again.
Pay in Stripe Checkout
Stripe Checkout opens. Enter a card, or use Apple Pay or Link where offered, and click Subscribe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to Zaysa.
Check the result
You return to a page that says You're on Pro (or Business). It shows the amount paid, the renewal date and where the receipt was emailed. The plan works at once for everyone in that organization.
Your Billing page after payment
The Active subscription card shows your plan and its Renews on date. After you cancel, it shows Cancels on instead.
Invoices lists this organization’s invoices from Stripe with their date, amount and status.
Account credit shows credit Zaysa added for you. It reduces the organization’s next invoice.
Change your plan
As the Owner, go to Manage subscription and then Change plan. Pick Monthly or Yearly, then click Change to Pro or Change to Business (1).
The tabs start on the term you pay now. The plan and term you already have show Current plan and cannot be clicked.
Moving up on the same term, such as Pro monthly to Business monthly, charges the difference for the rest of the current period straight away on the card on file. If the card is declined, the plan does not change.
Moving down, or switching between monthly and yearly, takes effect now. The difference is settled on the next invoice as a credit when you pay less.
Manage your card and invoices
As the Owner, click Open billing portal (2). Stripe opens a page for this organization only. There you can:
- Change or add the card.
- Update the billing name and email.
- See and download every invoice.
- Cancel the subscription.
Cancel or undo a cancellation
In the billing portal, click Cancel subscription. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Your Billing page shows Cancels on and the date. Then the organization moves to Free. Your data stays.
You can undo the cancellation in the portal before that date with Don't cancel subscription.
Use a coupon
Type a code in Redeem coupon and click Apply. With a paid plan, the coupon applies to the subscription. On Free, it is used on your next upgrade.
